Program Proposal 

Thank you for considering Daystar Television Canada as your potential Christian network for your broadcast. Please complete the following online application in its entirety. We are unable to consider partially completed applications.

Upon completion of the application, please proceed with the submit button or print a copy for mailing along with a copy of these required items: C#, a statement of faith and a mission statement to our screening committee:

Upon receipt of your completed application, and if your program appears to meet Daystar Canada's programming needs, you will be contacted via email to submit a sample program DVD (NTSC format only; we cannot accept PAL format) or downloadable video link to our program evaluation committee.

Sample programs are evaluated for content, ministry value, and technical quality. Upon program approval, you will be contacted to discuss time avails and rates. Please do not submit a sample program with this form unless requested.
