In 1986, Richard received a life-altering theophany—an unmistakable encounter with the divine. What he saw left him awestruck: a prophetic warning about things coming to North America, specifically the United States. This experience launched him into a ministry rooted in Ezekiel 33:8-11, calling the nation to repentance and righteousness before judgment is fulfilled.

A 1977 Oral Roberts University graduate with studies in Theology and Business, Richard served 21 years on ORU’s Executive Board of Regents, including time as Acting Chairman of OREA Canada. He received personal mentorship from Oral Roberts and traveled to over 35 nations with ORU’s medical mission crusades.

Before launching ProphecyUSA, Richard had a long and successful career in business as CEO of several Canadian transportation companies. His work in both ministry and business reflects a lifetime of leadership, vision, and service.
